口螺亞科（）是腹足纲软体动物分類單元鐘螺目钟螺科之下一個殼長3cm以下細小海螺的亞科，下領六個屬。
分類學
在較早期的分類（例如：**'）口螺科被歸入原始腹足目（Archaeogastropoda），但「原始腹足目」這個分類現時國際上大多數文獻都已不再使用。
根據2005年的《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類》，口螺科被歸入古腹足類（Vetigastropoda，又名原始腹足類）之下的鐘螺總科及Williams et al. (2010)的研究結果，本分類單元從廣口螺科（Stomatellidae）降級成為钟螺科（Trochidae）之下的廣口螺亞科（Stomatellinae）
