王戎（），原名王占戎，生於江蘇，在台灣長大，演員。
生平
王戎1941年生於江蘇，1949年隨家人赴台灣。畢業於國立臺灣藝術專科學校影劇科，先在電視台任幕後製作，後轉入電影界。1964年進入中央電影公司，並演出首部電影《烽火鐘聲》，而後在瓊瑤小說改編的《婉君表妹》中飾演周家二少爺一角，成為著名小生，1971年更以《庭院深深》一片獲金馬獎最佳男配角獎。和丁善璽、王羽等曾共組巨人公司，出品電影《夜女郎》等片。
1973年赴美進修，自導自演《花花紐約街》等電影，1979年又以王占戎之名，在美國執導于占元主演的《師父出馬》。其間亦簽約成為邵氏公司基本演員，自1973年起先後參與《女人面面觀》、《絕代雙驕》、《搏盡》等電影演出。1980年代末起曾一度於港台電視界發展，今已息影。
