弗朗索瓦·保羅·路易·波倫（，）是一名荷蘭博物學家和商人。他對馬達加斯加動物群的研究貢獻良多。
生平
波倫於1842年1月8日出生在荷蘭鹿特丹。他有四個兄弟姊妹。他的父親M·P·波倫是鹿特丹M.P. Pollen & Zoon酒廠的老闆。1862年，他搬到萊頓學習醫學，但赫爾曼·施萊格爾鼓勵他學習動物學。1863年11月至1866年7月，他與同伴杜威·卡斯帕魯斯·范達姆（Douwe Casparus van Dam）一同遠徵馬達加斯加。他們為萊頓的收集昆蟲、魚類、鳥類和哺乳動物。由於波倫擁有大量財富，因此他能夠獨自支付這次旅行的費用。之後，他也資助其他博物學家在馬達加斯加的野外工作，但沒有直接參與。此外，他還在葛摩和留尼旺的馬斯克林群島上收集動物和植物標本。1875年，波倫獲得德國哥廷根大學頒發的榮譽博士學位。
1866年，他與施萊格爾一起描述了（Eidolon dupreanum）。同年，他描述了留尼旺鵑鵙（Coracina newtoni），並在1868年與施萊格爾一起描述了鉤嘴鵙科的（Newtonia）。
（Columba pollenii）、（Xenopirostris polleni）、（Furcifer polleni）和（Madascincus polleni）都以波倫的名字命名
