訟辯人

訟辯人（），視乎不同文意可譯作律師（如「律師」）、代訴人、出庭代訟人，是一種法律專業人士。

在普通法司法管轄區，訟辯人為大律師及律師之合稱。在蘇格蘭、意大利、法國、西班牙、以色列等司法管轄區，訟辯人或律師為高級法律執業者。在葡萄牙，法律執業者分為律師（）及法律代辦。
