陳紹緯（），出生於台灣新北市，為一名醫師。現任林口長庚醫院胸腔及心臟血管外科系主任，並兼任心臟血管外科主任及主治醫師；專業為成人心臟外科手術，包含傳統心臟瓣膜修補及置換手術、經導管心臟瓣膜修補及置換手術、達文西機械手臂、內視鏡心臟手術、主動脈手術、冠狀動脈繞道手術等。
Shao-Wei Chen (Chinese: 陳紹緯; born 14 March 1980) is a Taiwanese cardiac surgeon. He is the Chief of the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and also serves as Chief of the Division of Cardiovascular Surgery and attending physician. His clinical specialties include adult cardiac surgery, particularly heart valve repair and replacement, robotic cardiac surgery, transcatheter valve replacement or repair, open aortic surgery or aortic stent, and coronary artery bypass grafting.
生平簡述
畢業於長庚大學醫學系及臨床醫學研究所博士班，於林口長庚醫院接受外科醫師訓練。現任林口長庚醫院胸腔及心臟血管外科系主任，兼心臟血管外科主任。於2019年前往克利夫兰醫學中心臨床進修（Cleveland Clinic. U.S Ohio）並多次出國手術觀摩交流。
治療專長為心臟瓣膜修補及置換手術，主動脈置換及支架植入手術，冠狀動脈繞道手術，各式心臟主動脈微創手術及重症照護。
Dr. Chen Shao-Wei was born in New Taipei City, Taiwan. He graduated from the College of Medicine at Chang Gung University and subsequently obtained a Ph.D. from the university's Graduate Institute of Clinical Medical Sciences. He completed his surgical residency training at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.
In 2019, Dr. Chen Shao-Wei completed a observership at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, United States, and has participated in multiple international observership programs.
Dr. Chen Shao-Wei specializes in adult cardiac surgery, including heart valve repair and replacement, aortic replacement and endovascular stent graft implantation, coronary artery bypass grafting, minimally invasive cardiac and aortic surgery, and cardiovascular critical care.

陳紹緯的研究專長為大數據資料分析，現為林口長庚醫院巨量資料及統計中心主任。自研究所時期持續發表心臟手術相關研究論文。並曾獲台灣外科醫學會青年外科醫師研究獎。
Dr. Chen Shao-Wei 's research focuses primarily on cardiovascular surgery, outcomes research, and large-scale administrative claims database analysis. He serves as Director of the Center for Big Data Analytics and Statistics at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.
Since his graduate studies, he has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on cardiac surgery and cardiovascular diseases. His research has covered topics including aortic pathology, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, infective endocarditis, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and nationwide population-based cohort studies. He has also received the Young Surgeon Research Award from the Taiwan Surgical Association.

Dr. Chen Shao-Wei has performed several pioneering cardiac surgical procedures in Taiwan, including:
- November 2023 – Performed Taiwan’s first off-pump NeoChord artificial chordae implantation for degenerative mitral regurgitation.
- April 2024 – Performed Taiwan’s first off-pump left atrial appendage closure for atrial fibrillation to reduce thromboembolic stroke risk.
- April 2025 – Performed Taiwan’s first thoracic branch endoprosthesis (TBE) implantation (aortic arch aneurysm).
- August 2025 – Performed Taiwan’s first hybrid convergent procedure (minimally invasive surgical ablation) for atrial fibrillation.
