基拔·卡里頓爵士（ ；），英國陸軍准將，曾於20世紀初在中東多個國家工作。第一次世界大戰期間，他在埃及協助阿拉伯起義。1920年代，他在巴勒斯坦地區（今以色列）、阿拉伯半島及美索不達米亞（今伊拉克）任職，協助談判劃定以色列、約旦、敘利亞、沙地阿拉伯及伊拉克等國邊界。
藩政生涯
一戰後，卡里頓擔任埃及政府顧問，後在巴勒斯坦託管地政府任職。1922至1925年間，他擔任巴勒斯坦託管地布政司，期間曾短暫署理高級專員職務。與前任布政司雲咸·迪茲不同，卡里頓對《貝爾福宣言》持保留態度。1928年，他擔任美索不達米亞託管地高級專員。卡里頓參與新《英伊條約》的談判，中途積勞成疾而逝世。對卡里頓逝世表示哀悼。
