巴勒斯坦猶太人定居協會（），又稱以色列地猶太人定居協會（），依意第緒語縮寫PICA（），是一個成立於1924年的猶太組織。該協會活躍於英國巴勒斯坦託管地以及後來的以色列國，在購買土地及建設猶太社區等方面曾發揮重要作用。
該協會在巴勒斯坦地區（以色列地）購買了大量土地，並在其上建立了屯墾區，包括Mishmar HaSholosh、Maayan Zvi及Beit Keshet。
1929年巴勒斯坦阿拉伯人暴動後，PICA曾協助修復遭阿拉伯人破壞的農業屯墾區。
PICA亦在其土地上從事植樹活動。在英國託管期間種植的約80,000杜納畝森林中，約12,000杜納畝是由PICA種植的。
該協會於1957年解散，其餘資產轉歸國家所有。
