倫敦經濟主要由服務業構成，其中尤以金融業重要。倫敦是世界級金融中心之一，被譽為環球經濟指揮部之一。倫敦佔英國GDP的約22%。倫敦擁有五個經濟中心區，包括倫敦市、西敏市、金絲雀碼頭、康登區及伊斯靈頓、 蘭貝斯及薩瑟克。
