書院商場（）是加拿大安大略省多倫多的一座購物、住宅及辦公綜合大樓，位於央街夾書院街西南角。
該建築是裝飾藝術風格地標，最初被稱為伊頓書院街商場（Eaton's College Street），1930至1977年間由伊頓公司運營，在出售予新業主並改作新用途後更為現名。
書院商場旁有書院公園（College Park），佔地，以央街、卑街及芝蘭街為界。該公園建於20世紀80年代，為多倫多市中心第二大公園，內有溜冰徑。
