克劳迪娅·戈尔丁（，），美国经济史学家、劳动经济学家，哈佛大学亨利·李荣誉经济学教授，1989年至2017年任美國全國經濟研究所美国经济开发项目主任、性别经济研究小组组长。其研究课题广泛，涵盖女性劳动力、性别收入差距、收入不平等、科技变革、教育，以及移民，当中大部分通过历史视角来诠释现在，同时探讨当前社会关注问题的根源。
2013至2014年学年，克劳迪娅担任美国经济学会会长。1990年，克劳迪娅成为哈佛大学经济系首位女性终身教授。2023年获诺贝尔经济学奖，以表彰其“增进大众对女性劳动市场收入的了解”。
人物经历
克劳迪娅·戈尔丁出生在美国纽约的一个犹太人家庭，高中就读于布朗克斯科学高中，大学就读于康奈尔大学。在芝加哥大学期間在蓋瑞·貝克教授(1992諾貝爾經濟學獎)的課堂學習勞動經濟學，並師從勞勃·福格爾(1993諾貝爾經濟學獎)利用經濟理論和計量方法分析經濟制度的變化。1972年获芝加哥大学经济学博士。
戈尔丁以研究女性在美国经济发展中所起的作用而闻名，其研究领域还涵盖经济史、劳动经济学、性别经济学、家庭经济学及教育经济学。戈尔丁还曾对女性劳动力，以及女性劳动力在劳动力市场中的效果进行研究，这项研究对经济学及经济史研究带来了深入的影响。
戈尔丁研究论文曾被法国《世界报》、美国《纽约时报》及美国有线电视新闻网引用。
1990年，戈尔丁成为哈佛大学经济系的首任女性系主任。2013年至2014年，戈尔丁担任美國經濟學會会长。此外还是美国国家科学院院士。2023年，戈尔丁获得诺贝尔经济学奖。
