3C 75是位於阿貝爾 400星系團中啞鈴形星系NGC 1128一個雙黑洞系統，有四個相對論性噴流，其中兩個來自超大質量黑洞。
噴流以每秒1,200公里的速度移動。 3C 75可能是X射線源2A 0252+060（1H 0253+058、XRS 02522+060）。
