《沙之花也有春天》（，）为韩国ENA于2023年12月20日起播出的水木連續劇，也是的，由《推理的女王》《模範家族》的导演金珍佑与《所有人的謊言》的编剧元宥晶合作打造。剧情以充满人情味的摔跤城市巨山为背景，讲述经历如干燥沙子般粗糙人生的昔日摔跤神童金白頭，和儿时的小巷队长吳瑜景重逢后展开的成长爱情故事。本劇為韓國首部摔跤電視劇。

海外通过Netflix公开。原訂於2024年1月25日完結，但為了避開球賽轉播，ENA於當天上午以「廣播公司問題」為由宣布暫停播出，延後至31日播映。

《沙之花也有春天》於2023年12月20日在韓國有線電視ENA開播，首集錄得1.5%的收視率。

本劇首集收視和地上波的MBC於同日播映的水曜劇《犬系戀人》持平，隔週則被該劇超越，但後續兩週的收視皆高於該劇。最終第12集創下自身最高收視2.8%，每分鐘收視最高達3.5%，但仍低於綜合編成頻道JTBC於當日開播的水木劇《絕佳的解決士》。
