以色拉坦

以色拉坦（）又譯伊斯拉廷（）、伊斯拉汀（）或伊斯拉坦（），通稱以巴國， 是一個將以色列國與巴勒斯坦國合併為一個政治實體的擬議國家，最初由大利比亞阿拉伯人民社會主義民眾國政治家賽義夫·伊斯蘭·格達費所提出，旨在緩解以色列-巴勒斯坦衝突，該提議以聯邦制為國家的政體，領土包含現在的以色列領土、約旦河西岸和加薩走廊。這項提案很快被時任利比亞兄弟領袖和革命導師穆阿邁爾·格達費所支持，並在2000年時將其寫入其著作《白皮書》（阿拉伯語：الكتاب الأبيض）。2010年受阿拉伯之春的影響，第一次利比亞內戰爆發，穆阿邁爾·格達費領導的大利比亞阿拉伯人民社會主義民眾國在2011年被推翻，該構想至此不再提出。

提案
以色拉坦的聯合提案最早由利比亞阿拉伯民眾國兄弟領袖和革命導師穆阿邁爾·格達費之子賽義夫·伊斯蘭·格達費在聯合王國倫敦皇家國際事務研究所提出，主張透過世俗、聯邦、共和的一國方案永久解決以色列-巴勒斯坦衝突，後來受到父親穆阿邁爾·格達費的支持。其主要要點包含：

#創建一個以色列國-巴勒斯坦國兩國聯合的國家，名為「以色拉坦」，正式名稱為「聖地聯邦共和國」。
#將國家劃分為5個主要行政區，耶路撒冷為首都。
#所有巴勒斯坦難民返回聖地。
#聯合國監督第一次和第二次的自由公正選舉。
#從國家裡清除大規模殺傷性武器。
#得到國際承認並加入阿拉伯國家聯盟。

賽義夫·伊斯蘭·格達費的提議最終被納入其父親穆阿邁爾·格達費的著作中。《白皮書》於2000年發布，成為當時處理以色列-巴勒斯坦衝突以及如何解決該衝突的行動指南。

民間態度
支持
根據進行的民意調查，以色拉坦解決方案得到了約四分之一的巴勒斯坦民眾支持。
反對
以色拉坦解決方案主要被伊斯蘭主義與錫安主義的支持者反對。
