赵通 (1983年)

赵通（，）男，生于中国河南，佐治亚理工学院博士，清华大学硕士，是卡内基国际和平基金会核政策项目的高级研究员（Senior Fellow），也是普林斯顿大学科学与全球安全项目的访问学者。他的研究重点为战略性国际安全问题，包括核武器政策、军备控制、防扩散、导弹防御、高超音速武器、热点地区核问题以及亚太、台海安全政策等。

生平
赵通在清华大学取得了国际关系硕士和物理学学士学位，在佐治亚理工学院取得了科技与国际事务专业博士学位。现担任亚洲太平洋核不扩散和裁军领导组织（Asia Pacific Leadership Network for Nuclear Non-Proliferation & Disarmament）理事和导弹对话倡议（Missile Dialogue Initiative）咨询委员会委员，核裂变材料国际专家组（International Panel on Fissile Materials）成员，兼任《科学与全球安全》期刊的副编辑。曾任哈佛大学斯坦顿核安全研究员、美国战略与国际研究中心太平洋论坛非常驻学者，卡内基核政策项目驻清华-卡内基全球政策中心。在加入卡内基之前，曾就职于北京市政府外事办公室，他研究了国内政治因素如何影响中美之间军控和防扩散合作的选择，并分析了高超音速导弹、导弹防御和反太空武器等尖端技术对主要国家安全关系的影响。
