《大指揮家：弦上的真相》（，）为韩国tvN於2023年12月9日起播出的土日電視劇，改编自法国电视剧《》，由《謊言的謊言》、《恋爱大战》的导演金正权与编剧崔伊允、洪贞熙合作打造。剧情讲述藏有秘密的女指挥家在揭开管弦乐团内发生的谜团时，逐渐接近关于自己的真相。
全球由Disney+於2023年12月9日起每週六、日21:50獨家上線。另外美國地區也由Hulu跟播上線。

收視率
《大指揮家：弦上的真相》於2023年12月9日在韓國有線電視tvN開播，首集獲得4.2%的收視率，瞬間收視最高達5.3%，高於前一檔《無人島的Diva》的開播收視（3.2%），但低於該劇的最終回收視（9.0%）。第4集爬升至6.0%，瞬間收視最高達6.8%，並5度位居韓國付費頻道（有線電視、綜合編成頻道）同時段收視冠軍。
與其他週末戲劇相比，開播首週墊底週末戲劇，低於地上波的KBS 2TV週末劇《孝心的家各自為生》與大河史劇《高麗契丹戰爭》、MBC金土劇《烈女朴氏契約結婚傳》、SBS金土劇《與惡魔有約》，以及綜合編成頻道的JTBC土日劇《歡迎回到三達里》；但第2週收視便超越了《與惡魔有約》，且高於日後開播的TV朝鮮週末迷你劇《我的Happy End》，不過仍低於接檔《烈女朴氏契約結婚傳》的《夜晚開的花》。
