约翰·伦道夫（，），是美国民主共和党政治家、领袖。伦道夫曾于1799年作为弗吉尼亚州代表被选为联邦众议员，其后四次连任至1833年去世为止。他还在1830年被安德鲁·杰克逊总统任命为驻俄罗斯全权公使。
