第一代米尔纳子爵阿尔弗雷德·米尔纳（，），是英国律师、政治家、殖民地事务专家。米尔纳从1890年代开始崭露头角，他对英国外交和国内政策的制定发挥了积极作用。米尔纳于1916年12月至1918年11月期间担任陸軍大臣、殖民地事務大臣等职，他是大卫·劳合乔治战时内阁最重要的成员之一，战后作为英国代表团成员参加了《巴黎和会》的谈判。
