莎拉·戴安娜·惠勒（ FRSL，）是一位英國旅行作家和傳記作家，因對極地地區的報導而聞名。

莎拉·惠勒成長於英國布里斯托，並於牛津大學青銅鼻學院學習古典語言和現代語言。在寫下她在希臘優卑亞島和智利的遊記之後，她被美國國家科學基金會接納為他們在南極的第一位女駐地作家，並在南極洲度過了七個月。
1999年，她當選為英國皇家文學學會會員。
