內森·奧古斯都·科布（，）是一名美國生物學家，被稱為「美國之父」。
科布為線蟲分類學提供了基礎，並描述了1,000多個不同的線蟲物種。作為一個具有各種技能的人，他對許多科學學科作出了重大貢獻，最初由他擔任主任的美國農業部線蟲學實驗室一直延續至今。
科布是首次在爬行動物中證明孟德爾定律的遺傳學家的父親。
