康斯坦丁·波斯基

康斯坦丁·德米特里耶維奇·波斯基（，）是俄羅斯科學家、聖彼得堡砲兵學院的電學教授、軍事工程師。

1900年8月18至25日在1900年巴黎世界博覽會引入了術語「」（電視；；）這個詞。
