領土糾紛，或稱主權爭議、主權爭端、主權聲索，是指兩個或以上之国家對同一塊土地或海域均宣示主權，而引發糾紛的狀況。導致领土糾紛的原因包括民族分布、历史領土、戰爭造成的領土控制歸屬、自然资源等。
