埃米尔·奥利维耶（，；），是法兰西第二帝国时期政治家。起初他作为一个反对皇帝拿破仑三世的共和党人，1860年代他开始推动皇帝进行宪政主义改革，并逐渐转变为波拿巴主义者。他于1869年被拿破仑三世任命为总理，1870年普法战争爆发，因法军的迅速战败而下台。
