奥伊伦堡亲王菲利普（，），是德意志帝国时期的外交官、作曲家。
生平
他也是皇帝威廉二世最亲密的朋友。奥伊伦堡亲王是皇帝威廉二世密友集团的核心成员之一，他是皇帝亲信人员中具有艺术头脑的德国贵族。奥伊伦堡亲王在伯恩哈德·冯·比洛的崛起中发挥了重要作用，他曾将比洛引荐给威廉二世并使其成为了帝国宰相。他于1907年因“哈登与奥伊伦堡恋情事件”被指控为同性恋而失势。
