羅素·班克斯

羅素·班克斯（，），生於麻薩諸塞州牛頓市，是美國的小說家和詩人。他是國際寫作家議會（the International Parliament of Writers）主席與美國藝術暨文學學會會員。

其文學作品已被翻譯逾二十種語言，並獲得無數的文學獎項。代表的作品有：《大陸漂移》（Continental Drift）、《骨頭的規則》（Rule of the Bone）、《拆雲者》（Cloudsplitter）、《意外的春天》（The Sweet Hereafter）與《苦難》（Affliction)。最後的兩本書皆被改編為同名電影。

1976年，他获得了古根海姆奖学金。

• 1996年，當選為美國人文與科學院院士。
