傑拉德·福蘭德（，）是一名美國數學家，也是華盛頓大學數學教授。
福蘭德是多本數學分析教科書的作者。他的研究領域包括調和分析（關於歐幾里得空間與李群）、微分方程和數學物理。他於1971年獲得普林斯頓大學數學博士學位，論文題目為《The Tangential Cauchy-Riemann Complex on Spheres》。
2012年，福蘭德成為美國數學學會會士。
