NGC 2608（也稱為阿普 12）是在巨蟹座的一個棒旋星系，因為距離而顯得微小和暗淡。它的形狀像英文的字母"Z" ，並被視為是設計宏偉的螺旋星系 。這個星系是被天文學家稱為"SN2001 bg"的超新星之家，它以耀眼的光芒而著名。
