埃里克·德拉蒙德

第七代珀斯伯爵詹姆斯·埃里克·德拉蒙德，，（，），英国政治家和外交官，曾任国际联盟第一任秘书长（1920年-1933年）。

德拉蒙德为人稳重而谦逊，他在任期间成功地培养了一支高效的国际公务员队伍，并在1926年参与促成了德国加入国联。然而，由于来自国联最主要的成员英国和法国的压力，他未能于任内解决重大的国际争端（譬如满洲事变）。1933年辞任国联秘书长后担任英国驻意大利全权大使（1933年-1939年），其后担任政府负责对外宣传的首席顾问（1939年-1940年）。1946年，他成为了上议院自由党的副领袖。
