阿尔卑坦尼亚（）是欧洲传统上说阿尔卑坦语的地理文化区域，位于法国、意大利、瑞士三国间阿尔卑斯山区（），简称阿尔卑坦。

名称
“阿尔卑坦”（Arpetan）一词由意大利毛主义者根据阿尔卑坦语“阿尔卑斯”（Arpes，山地）及其衍生词“arpa”、“arpian”和拉丁语“伊坦努斯”（-itanus，来自……地的）创造，后流行开来并取代旧称“法兰克－普罗旺斯语”。最初他还借鉴了巴斯克语“harri-pe”（石头之下）以表示阿尔卑坦语有巴斯克语底层，后去除巴斯克语影响。去除巴斯克语影响后的“”意同“山地人或游牧民”；“”在阿尔卑坦语中意义与“阿尔卑斯诸山（Ârpes）区”。

2016年有动议将奥弗涅-罗纳-阿尔卑斯大区更名为“小阿尔卑坦尼亚大区”（）。
