限制最高價格法

限制最高價格法（、，；又被稱爲價格詔書或戴克里先诏书）是于公元301年由羅馬皇帝戴克里先頒佈的一詔令文書。

該诏书可能是從安条克或亞歷山卓頒佈，并以希腊语及拉丁语的金石学的形式確立。現今只在帝國東部戴克里先統治地區以碎片方式存在，翻新的部分足以為經濟學家估計歷史上許多商品與服務的價格（儘管此诏书試圖設定最高價格，而并非固定價格）。
