爱德华·威廉姆斯（Edward Williams ），笔名伊奥洛·摩根（Iolo Morganwg ）是一名威尔士诗人、收藏家。他曾是一位中世纪威尔士文学手稿收藏家，但后来发现很多他的藏品都是他自己伪造的，因此臭名昭著。不过即使如此，他对威尔士文化的影响毋庸置疑，他通过伪造的手稿传达出来的哲学塑造了现代的新德鲁伊信仰。他出生于威尔士格拉摩根郡，其笔名“伊奥洛·摩根”的意思是“格拉摩根的伊奥洛” 。
