維爾紐斯大猶太會堂（Great Synagogue of Vilna）是立陶宛首都維爾紐斯的一座猶太會堂，修建於1630年至1633年。當時立陶宛的猶太人得到可用石質材料修建猶太會堂的許可。這座猶太會堂在二戰中受損，並在1955年至1957年被拆除，原址改建為幼稚園和小學。
