IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers（TCAS-I）创刊于1952年，是IEEE电路与系统协会（IEEE Circuits and Systems Society）旗舰期刊，涵盖了所有集成电路与系统相关领域研究。根据Web of Science的数据，2020年的影响因子為3.605。该期刊编委成员包括了来自美国、日本、英国、德国、法国、意大利、中国、荷兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、比利时等20个国家的61位集成电路专家学者，其中包括7位IEEE Fellow。
