池州市贵池区人民政府，简称贵池区政府，是中华人民共和国安徽省池州市贵池区的最高行政机关。
沿革
1949年4月22日，中国人民解放军占领贵池县全境，配合原中华民国贵池县县长操竹友接管县城。5月1日，贵池县人民政府成立。，贵池县人民政府由此改制为贵池市人民政府，于12月8日正式挂牌。，贵池市人民政府由此改制为池州市贵池区人民政府，于10月26日正式挂牌，贵池市人民政府末任市长方志恒担任贵池区人民政府首任区长。。贵池区人民政府设置下列机构：
