道格拉斯·克雷文·菲洛特

道格拉斯·克雷文·菲洛特中校（Douglas Craven Phillott，1860年6月28日 - 1930年9月11日）曾是一名英國軍官，在印度服役過，後來擔任英國駐波斯領事。菲洛特中校也是烏爾都語、波斯語以及印度語等語言的學者，出版過大量文學及歷史的翻譯作品。他對鷹獵也很感興趣，並且翻譯過一篇關於鷹獵主題的波斯論文。
