伯纳德·勒林

伯纳德·维克托·阿洛伊修斯·“贝尔特”·勒林（，），是荷兰的法官，是远东国际军事法庭的审判法官之一。

生平
1906年，出生于荷兰顿波叙。

1933年，毕业于乌特勒支大学，获法学博士学位。

1941年，任密德尔堡法院法官。

1945年，任乌特勒支法院法官。

1946年，参与东京审判。在与来自其他十个国家的法官商议时，他反对法庭将日本战犯判处死刑的裁决。他的意见得到了印度的法官同事拉达宾诺德·巴尔的认同。然而，据仲裁庭的规则，所有的判决和量刑均由过半数的主审法官决定。

1964年，在斯德哥尔摩创建国际和平研究所。

1976年，退休。

1985年，去世。
