2020年夏季奥林匹克运动会女子三對三籃球比賽，是因2019冠狀病毒病疫情而延期至2021年舉行的第32屆夏季奧林匹克運動會的其中一個比賽小項，于2021年7月24日至28日在青海都市運動公園举行。
美国队在决赛中以18比15击败俄罗斯奥委会队，成为首支获得该小项奥运冠军的队伍。三四名决赛方面，中国队以16比14险胜法国队，获得铜牌。

比賽於2021年7月24日開賽，所有時間皆為日本標準時間（UTC+9）

布宜諾斯艾利斯 || || 0個女子參賽名額 || — || 國際奧委會只確保主辦國擁有1個參賽名額，不分性別。
主辦國選擇其中一個性別的項目佔用主辦國席位後，另一個性別項目的席位將會重新分配至世界排名。
