2020年夏季奥林匹克运动会男子三對三籃球比賽，是因2019冠狀病毒病疫情而延期至2021年舉行的第32屆夏季奧林匹克運動會的其中一個比賽小項，于2021年7月24日至28日在青海都市運動公園举行。
拉脱维亚队在决赛中以21比18击败俄罗斯奥委会队，成为首支获得该小项奥运冠军的队伍，这也是该国九年来收获的首枚夏奥奖牌。塞尔维亚在三四名决赛中以21比10战胜比利时队，获得铜牌。

主辦國選擇其中一個性別的項目佔用主辦國席位後，另一個性別項目的席位將會重新分配至世界排名。
