2020年夏季奥林匹克运动会男子手球比赛，是因2019冠状病毒病疫情而延期至2021年举行的第32届夏季奥林匹克运动会的其中一个比赛小项，于2021年7月24日至8月7日在日本东京都国立代代木竞技场举行。
法国队和丹麦队继上届奥运后再次会师决赛，决赛中法国队下半场一度以6分优势领先丹麦，尽管丹麦后来逐渐将分差缩小至1分，但法国仍凭借最后时刻的一粒进球，彻底粉碎丹麦队的卫冕希望，最终以25比23获得队史第三枚奥运金牌。西班牙队在铜牌赛上顶住了埃及队的冲击，以33比31赢得比赛，获得队伍历史上第四面奥运铜牌，埃及队尽管未获奖牌，该队仍成为历史上首支晋级奥运男子手球四强的非洲球队。
