行政公務航空1526號班機空難

行政航空1526號班機（，ICAO：EFT1526，無線電呼號：ZIPLINE 1526）是行政公務航空公司的國內包機航班，於2015年11月10日從飛往，由商務噴射機執飛。飛行員在接近阿克倫時，失去對飛機的控制，撞進距離跑道不足的一幢兩層高的居民樓，然後在居民區墜落並爆炸，飛機上的九名人員全部遇難，墜落的飛機和房屋完全燒毀，地上則無人遇難。

此事故被拍成空中浩劫第21季第2集《Playing Catch Up》，於2021年4月11日首播。

失事飛機
涉事飛機為一架英國宇航（霍克800）的雙引擎商務噴射機。

機長自2015年6月4日起一直在該航空公司工作，累計駕駛商務機和貨機的飛行經驗為6,170小時，其中作為指揮飛行員飛行3,414小時，在事故飛機有1,020小時的飛行經驗，其中作為機長完成670小時。副機長於2015年6月1日被航空公司聘用，有4,382小時的飛行經驗，其中3,200小時曾擔任過飛行員，在事故飛機作為副駕駛的飛行經驗達到482小時。

調查
美國國家運輸安全委員會(NTSB) 對此次事故進行了調查。

調查人員對機組的同事採訪及根據駕駛艙語音紀錄儀發現，機組睡眠不足，事故發生時過度疲勞，前幾個晚上平均每晚只睡了六小時。

進場時，機組將飛機降到473英尺（約144米）的安全高度以下，雖然已經可以看到地面，但由於當天天氣大霧，仍未能看到跑道。當他們在搜索跑道時，他們未有留意空速已降至98節（約181公里/小時），導致飛機失速，最終墜毀。

針對此次事故，NTSB發布了13條建議。
