2020年歐洲足球錦標賽淘汰賽於2021年6月26日开始进行，并最终于2021年7月11日在英国伦敦的温布利球场进行决赛。
本文给出的时间均使用欧洲中部夏令时间（UTC+2）。如果场地位于其他时区，会另于括号小字中标注当地时间和时区。
賽制
在淘汰赛阶段，如果比赛在90分钟的正常比赛时间内打成平局，则进行加时赛（两节各15分钟），每支球队可以进行第6次换人。如果加时赛后仍打平，则以点球大战决出胜负。
