固氮丝菌属（学名：）为假单胞菌科的一属细菌。该属的模式种为巨胞氮单胞菌（Azomonotrichon macrocytogenes，现为Azomonas macrocytogenes）。现为氮单胞菌属（Azomonas）的异名。
