在信息技术（IT）和系统管理领域，IT运营分析（IT operations analytics，ITOA）是一种检索、分析和报告IT运营数据的方法或手段。将IT运营分析定义为 "利用数学算法和其他创新，从管理和监控技术收集的海量原始数据中提取有意义的信息。"而運用到人工智能和机器学习的ITOA又被稱為AIOps（Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations）。AIOps這一概念由高德纳於2016年提出。
