深水螺科（學名：），又名深海黃金螺科，是一個海螺的科。根據2005年《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類》，本科屬於海洋腹足纲软体动物新進腹足類的成員。
分類
深水螺科這科在2005年的《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類 (2005年)》的新生腹足類支序被放置於"Zygopleuroid group"之下。沒有亞科。
2008年，本科及其姊妹群組Provannidae科在Kain et al. (2008)的文獻被移入深水螺總科 （Abyssochrysoidea Tomlin, 1927）。
