刘欣如（）是一位美国华人历史学家，印度学家。
生平
1951年出生，文化大革命中上山下乡耽误学业，1978年进入中国社会科学院世界史研究所担任研究员，自学英语和历史后赴美留学，1985年获得宾夕法尼亚大学博士学位。其论文发表在牛津大学出版社名为《Ancient India and Ancient China: Trade and Religious Exchanges, A.D. 1-600》 (1988)。
1990年获得伍德罗·威尔逊国际学者中心奖学金，同时也是美国亚洲研究协会，美国历史学会, 世界史协会成员。
