广州足球俱乐部2021赛季是广州足球队征战中国足球联赛的第54年。本赛季广州队是中国足球超级联赛的成员，是广州队历史上第13次征战中国足球超级联赛以及连续第10年参加亚足联冠军联赛。根据中国职业足球俱乐部将全面实行名称中性化的政策要求，俱乐部自2021年1月22日起，把俱乐部更名为“广州足球俱乐部”，复名到2010年广州足协托管时的名称，2021赛季俱乐部将以广州足球俱乐部的名义参加比赛。
