長頸鹿總科（學名：）為有角下目下的一個總科，包含了梯角鹿科、叉角羚科與長頸鹿科，僅存的現存種包括叉角羚、長頸鹿以及霍加狓。梯角鹿屬，即現在的梯角鹿科的模式屬，最初被歸入，後來又歸入長頸鹿科，現在則屬於自立的梯角鹿科，置於長頸鹿總科下。
