第一代阿默斯特男爵杰弗里·阿默斯特元帅 （，）是一名英國陸軍軍官和英軍。阿默斯特被認為是英國在七年戰爭期間成功征服新法蘭西領土運動的功臣之一。在他的指揮下，英國軍隊攻占了、魁北克市和蒙特婁等城市，以及幾個主要的要塞。他也是英國在最終成為加拿大的領土上的首位總督。在加拿大和美國，許多地方和街道都以他命名。

阿默斯特的評價存在爭議，因為他在龐蒂克戰爭期間表示要消滅所有美國原住民，而且據稱他贈送了感染天花患者的毛毯作為生化武器，特別是在的時候，這導致了對他的評價的重新考慮。2019年，蒙特婁市將他的名字從一條街道上刪除，改名為Rue Atateken，取自於摩和克語。

侄子威廉·阿美士德曾前往中国大清觐见嘉庆帝未果，后任印度总督。
