融合爵士樂（，也通常被称为爵士摇滚，英语：Jazz rock、爵士摇滚融合乐，英语：Jazz-rock fusion；或简称融合，英语：Fusion）是混合了兩種以上風格的爵士樂，最常見的就是與搖滾樂混合的搖滾爵士樂。
20世纪60年代中期，由於搖滾樂等新興起音樂潮流崛起，使得爵士樂逐漸沒落。於是邁爾士·戴維斯推出《In A Silent Way》、《Bitches Brew》，這2張專輯成功結合搖滾樂節奏、電子樂器和爵士樂，使得爵士樂有嶄新風貌，因此這種讓爵士樂風重新活過來的新穎曲風也被稱為搖滾融合爵士樂。
