土壤水分主被动探测计划（Soil Moisture Active Passive，首字母縮寫：SMAP），亦稱土壤湿度主动/被动探测，是美国宇航局（NASA）2015年1月31日发射的一项地球环境卫星观测卫星。

NASA在本项目上投资约9.16亿美金（设计研发及发射、维护）。
