2017年9月，梅根尤物發佈了首張迷你專輯《Make It Hot》。2018年6月，梅根尤物發佈了第二張迷你專輯《Tina Snow》，隨後於2018年11月簽約了300 Entertainment廠牌，成為了該廠牌首位女饒舌歌手。2019年5月17日，梅根尤物發佈了首張全長專輯《Fever》。2020年3月6日，第三張EP專輯《Suga》發行，其中最後一首單曲〈Savage〉的碧昂絲獻唱remix版登上《告示牌》百強單曲榜第一名。2020年8月7日，梅根尤物獻聲於卡蒂·B第二張專輯首單〈濕濕小可愛〉（"WAP"） 。此曲獲得了爆炸性的成功，不僅打破了多項串流記錄，也以2020最高分登上告示牌百大榜單。《濕濕小可愛》成為梅根第二首和卡蒂·B第四首冠軍單曲，也是歷史上第一首初亮相便是第一的女女饒舌合作單曲。
